Jason Rozema – Vice-President / Operations

Dirk grew up around the boat business and was trained at early age in the boat building craft from his father Clarence. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in business management, he went to work full time for the family business. During this period, Dirk began to develop his passion for vessel design and worked closely with famed Seattle Naval Architect Ed Hageman to develop many of the company’s designs.

Today, Dirk co-manages the third generation, family business with his brother Jason. He focuses attention on business development, vessel design, and project management. In his leisure time Dirk enjoys all things water, snow skiing and biking.

Jason like his brother Dirk, Jason grew up around the boat building business. He began working with his father Clarence at an early age. After graduating from Wheaton College, Jason came to work full time at the family business. During his tenure, Jason focused his energy on fabrication and mechanical aspects of the boat building business.

Today, Jason co-manages the third-generation boat business with his brother Dirk. Jason is responsible for the day-to-day business operations and project management. In his leisure time Jason enjoys golfing, biking and volunteering at his church.
